乃村工藝社グループでは、不正行為の未然防止、早期発見および是正を図ることを目的に、内部通報窓口を設け、公益通報者保護法に基づいて運用を行っています。
この窓口は、乃村工藝社グループおよびその仕入先、下請業者等の役職員(通報日時点で在籍中または通報日前1年以内に在籍していた役員、正社員、契約社員、嘱託社員、パート、アルバイト、インターンおよび派遣労働者)から、乃村工藝社グループの役職員による乃村工藝社グループの業務における、法令違反行為、社内規定違反行為および企業倫理等違反行為に関する通報（匿名によるものも可）を受け付けるものとして、外部の弁護士事務所内に設置しています。
なお、乃村工藝社グループは、通報者が通報したことを理由として、通報者に対していかなる不利益な取扱いも行いません。
