About our basic policy on information security
Announcements1. The Company recognizes all information held or managed by the Company, as well as all network hardware, software, and the human and physical resources necessary to manage them (hereinafter referred to as "Information Infrastructure"), as important management resources, and establishes the following basic policy on information security to properly manage and protect them.
2. Manage information in compliance with laws and regulations related to information and the regulations, standards, and procedure manuals established based on this basic policy.
3. Information security refers to the following for information and information infrastructure (hereinafter referred to as information assets):
(1) A state where only authorized persons can access (confidentiality)
(2) A state where information is accurate (integrity)
(3) To always maintain a state where information assets are available for use (availability), and to plan and implement necessary measures.
4. Investigate and identify information assets to be protected, analyze and evaluate risks, and plan and implement risk countermeasures.
5. The Chief Information Security Officer and the Information Management Officer shall periodically monitor that information security is being operated within the Company based on established laws, regulations, standards, or procedure manuals.
6. In the unlikely event that information leakage or infringement of information assets occurs, or if there is a significant risk thereof, the Company shall respond promptly and appropriately to prevent the spread of damage and implement effective recurrence prevention measures.
7. The Chief Information Security Officer shall review information security in accordance with the results of operational monitoring, changes in laws and regulations related to information, changes in information assets, the occurrence of information leakage accidents or infringements, and other changes in circumstances inside and outside the Company, and shall always maintain the most effective security possible.
