Located in the North Observatory on the 45th floor of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building. A cafe & shop operated in a space full of openness where you can overlook the city from 202m above ground.
The store name "Socococo (Here and There)" is a term that means "you and me," "there and here," "near and far," or "everywhere." We aimed to create a place of relaxation where people visiting from various countries and regions can take a break while enjoying the view spread out below them, and think about the "here and there" of Tokyo.
In the cafe space, we offer a variety of drinks, as well as light meals and desserts that are easy to eat. In the retail area, we sell souvenirs and gifts that will serve as memories of your Tokyo sightseeing trip.
