Namba SkyO is a new landmark in Osaka born with the concept of "Tradition and Innovation." As a landmark tower in Namba, an international gate city directly connected to Kansai International Airport, the "O" represents an international exchange hub where people fly around the world's "Sky," and also symbolizes Osaka and the Earth.
As an environmental graphic theme, the flow that makes one feel the sky (sky, wind, clouds) is developed through image graphics and graphic patterns designed with inbound tourists in mind.
In collaboration with Nomura Co., Ltd., which was contracted for the Namba SkyO environmental construction, we were responsible for the display surface design, production, and on-site installation for the new signage construction.
