The theme for Matsuya Ginza's 2020 Christmas is 'Connection'.
As the first installment of the Matsuya Ginza regional revitalization project, we developed Christmas decorations in collaboration with ribbon artist 'RIBBONESIA' using ribbons from Fukui Prefecture, which boasts 90% of the national production.
Created a story where gifts adorned with beautiful ribbon creations, crafted by Matsuya Ginza's Christmas character 'Maskris', are delivered to people while taking the shapes of animals, and proposed the overall design composition. Starting from the basement window display, the ribbons spread throughout the entire Matsuya building.
