Matsuya Ginza's regional revitalization initiative features Valentine's Day decorations, WD, and VP displays that express the light and shadow of a kaleidoscope through 'Tosa Kumiko' artwork. The rotating Tosa Kumiko in the WD recreates the ever-changing world of a kaleidoscope. To convey precious feelings, Matsuya Ginza focused on a 'Japanese-style Valentine's Day.' Partners, friends, colleagues, relatives... everyone has irreplaceable connections. These connections, which continue to link together while constantly changing shape, are surely as beautiful and vibrant as a kaleidoscope. With this in mind, the symbol for this year's Valentine's Day is 'Tosa Kumiko' artwork, which weaves tradition while challenging innovative craftsmanship. It features a sense of scale and a world of 'motion' that breaks free from the concepts of Kumiko, created by the skills of young artisans. It is a sustainable decoration that can take on a new look by being rearranged. Once again, we deliver a regional revitalization initiative from here at Matsuya Ginza to the world.
