Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan, Future Society Showcase Project, Future Life Expo: 'Future City' Pavilion, KOBELCO Place. Nomura Medias was responsible for the planning, design, production, and operation, developing hands-on exhibits that convey the fun and potential of 'manufacturing'.
(Interview article from that time )
After the Expo closed, we were responsible for relocating each exhibit to regional educational and cultural facilities to connect its legacy to the future. Rather than simply preserving exhibits like the spherical vision, a symbol of the exhibition space, or the ball coaster that was popular with children, we optimized them for their respective environments. By doing so, we are utilizing them while enhancing their value as places for experiences that foster an interest in manufacturing and community development, as well as creativity for the future.
